About Us
Our leadership consists of a Board of Directors and a Board of Advisors
Our Board of Directors is a 5 member board that provides general oversight and approval of the mission and vision of Refuge CMI. They meet annually (some special meetings as well) to review the past year and formulate the vision and plans for the current and future years.
Our Board of Advisors is a 12 member board. The members are available individually throughout the year for advice on special topics of concern to Paul or a board member. For example, for a technology question, the technology expert would make themselves available, etc).

Dr Paul and Marcy Olson are the founders of Refuge CMI.
Dr Paul serves the officer role of President and Chairman of the Board.
Marcy serves as Vice President and Secretary of the Board
