Belize Construction

We had a successful construction trip to Belize in October. Refuge CMI was able to purchase all the concrete and blocks to finish the walls at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Independence Belize. The team was able to share their testimonies on Sunday morning at the church. On the day of our return flight, we visited My Refuge Radio so Paul could reconnect with Bro. Richard Smith who is the founder of the ministry. Unexpectedly, we were asked to please be a part of the morning broadcast that day. So we were interviewed for about 40 minutes, and the team once again got to share their testimonies. The radio ministry reaches approximately 160,000 people.  You can hear the interview on Facebook/Refuge Refuge (which is the radio station’s Facebook page) or at Facebook/refugecmi (which is our Facebook page).

Aroma of HOPE Coffee Shop

We opened Aroma of HOPE Coffee Shop as an extended ministry of Refuge CMI. We are excited about provding a place for a possible Grief Ministry and other Bible Studies in our coffee shop. We offer pr toay with our customers. They are able to sit and enjoy their coffee, use the wi fi and listen to soft worship music. There is also a local Christian lady who is thinking about starting a Women’s Bible Study in the coffee shop. Please be in prayer that lives will be touched for the Kingdom of God through this extended ministry of Refuge CMI.
